The Friends of Warwick Public Library will host an inaugural Quahoggers Jamboree Thursday as a tribute to quahogging in Warwick. Those in attendance can meet local quahoggers to learn about their work and the tools they use. Later in the evening, guests can enjoy concessions and musical performances by the Aristocats, a local swing jazz band, and The Generations Barbershop Quartet. Those attending, should bring lawn chairs and blankets for the show. Special guests First Lady Stephanie Chafee and Warwick Mayor Scott Avedisian will be in attendance.
