National Grid will provide an overview of current utility incentives programs and other information from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at New England Institute of Technology’s East Greenwich Campus, 1408 Division Road, Room N212, East Greenwich. The seminar will also include a presentation on new programs and tools to be made available to customers in 2013, advanced lighting guidelines and an update on LEED 2014. Attendees may also participate in an interactive discussion around utility incentives’ filing procedures, which includes a Q&A session.
Participants may earn 1.5 Green Building Certification Institute continuing education hours. Instructors include Mark DiPetrillo and Mark Stafford of National Grid, Martine Dion of SMMA and Tracey Beckstrom of New Buildings Institute.
Cost: free for Rhode Island Green Building Council members not seeking continuing education hours, $10 for nonmembers, $10 for anyone seeking continuing education hours and members not seeking continuing education hours.
