Linda Plays, of the Woonsocket economic-development department, checks out the goods at fashion-apparel retailer Dots LLC’s newest location in the state, at 2000 Diamond Hill Road. The Woonsocket store, which held its grand opening Nov. 19, caters to women shopping for casual, club and career looks at affordable prices. The company has more than 400 stores is 26 states, including locations in Warwick, Newport, Cranston, North Providence and Pawtucket. More
