In one of the Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre’s newest productions, “After the Revolution,” it’s 1999 and three generations of a loving, but radically leftist, family have gathered to celebrate the law school graduation of Emma. After plans to publish a book filled with revelations of the family’s late Grandpa Joe, a blacklisted Marxist, the celebration halts and Emma is left to consider her politics, family loyalty and whether the end ever justifies the means. Described as insightful, moving and humorous, the show opens Thursday.
