PROVIDENCE – Alert Solutions announced on Oct. 28 the recent expansion of its customer-support team, which will now provide round-the-clock phone and email support in every time zone around the world.
This global support initiative will provide automated routing of inbound customer support calls based on their calling location, language requirement and time zone, Alert Solutions said.
