Alex and Ani partners with Bloomingdale’s

CRANSTON – Alex and Ani Inc. and Bloomingdale’s have formed a partnership to sell the Cranston-based jewelry maker’s products at the department store’s flagship Manhattan location, Alex and Ani CEO Giovanni Feroce announced Thursday.

A “shop within a shop” will be up until May 15 on the second floor of Bloomingdale’s Lexington Avenue and 59th Street store in Manhattan.

After May 15, the Alex and Ani collection of expandable wire charm and beaded bangles will continue to be available for purchase, starting at $28.

“Since 1886, when two visionary brothers created the concept for and opened the first ‘department store,’ Bloomingdale’s has been synonymous with quality, elegance and innovation,” Feroce said in prepared remarks.
