If you’ve ever wondered which animals are responsible for the tiny footprints you’ve seen outdoors, Saturday afternoon offers an opportunity to find out more. Join the Audubon Society of Rhode Island at Powder Mill Ledges Wildlife Refuge in Smithfield for an afternoon of exploring track patterns, investigating artifacts and making plaster tracks to take home. During the family-friendly event, the group will also venture out onto the refuge’s trails in search of evidence of animals and birds that have also been there.
