Amazing Charts offers cloud-based service

NORTH KINGSTOWN – Amazing Charts introduced a cloud-based version of its electronic health-records software targeted at small, independent medical practices, the company announced Aug. 3.

The new software eliminates many of the problems of traditional Web-based EHRs, including poor performance, a lack of security and limited browser interface, according to the company.

“Most Web-based EHRs are frustrating to use because of the ‘click and wait’ delay inherent when trying to document multiple data points,” said Dr. Jonathan Bertman, the founder and CEO of Amazing Charts. “Complex medical data recorded during an encounter requires all sorts of analysis and collating.” •
