Anjuli Shukla has been named to the business law department of Edwards Wildman, where she will focus on venture capital and private equity deals. Prior to joining the firm, she served as corporate counsel for ITSI Gilbane in California. Shukla holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and politics from New York University and a law degree from George Washington University. •
