Atrion offering leadership challenge workshops

WARWICK – Atrion, a leading information technology company, is seeing such high demand for its leadership challenge workshops that November’s session is already full.
The next session, Jan. 21 and 22, still has slots available, however, and other workshops also will be held in February and April.
The workshops are designed to teach participants how to become better professional and personal leaders; they have become so popular that the number of workshops being offered has tripled from 2013 to 2014, according to the company.
“These workshops represent powerful learning experiences and are truly different than anything participants have ever seen,” Atrion CEO Tim Hebert said in a statement. “Becoming a strong leader starts with self-reflection, self-awareness and building yourself from the inside out. At these workshops, we do a dive deep into how to build yourself from where you are to where you want to be.”
Hebert teaches the attendees how to hone leadership skills, and discusses the key components of effective leadership. There also will be problem-solving activities, interactive lectures and a series of experiential learning exercises.
“Atrion is no stranger to strong leadership, having achieved a number of regional and national accolades … These laurels have created a surge of awareness and demand for the workshops, spearheaded by Hebert. One major difference in the program is that real business leaders facilitate the workshop, not a corporate trainer or consultant who has limited leadership experience,” according to a press release from the company.
Said Hebert, “I share the good, bad and ugly of how I learned to become a leader. People get to see the CEO of a very successful company being vulnerable and able to share and commit, which helps set a comfortable experience. Not many people see a facilitator or instructor being that open.”
Tina Spears, who attended a workshop, said, “Heading to the challenge, I was aware I would receive good training, but it far exceeded my expectations and invoked an inner flame that was previously lit but is now is on fire.”
“I appreciated the time it allowed me to focus – really focus – on what it means to inspire others,” she added.
Each workshop consists of 18 to 22 attendees to ensure an intimate setting. Learn more about the leadership challenge workshops by clicking HERE.
