Atrion reveals AlwaysOn Leadership Symposium 2016 speakers

WARWICK – Executing a plan despite distractions and how to reach the highest level of personal and professional performance will be discussed by keynote speakers at Atrion’s upcoming AlwaysOn Leadership Symposium.
The May 19 event, to be held at the Rhode Island Convention Center, will feature the theme of “change.”

“We need to recognize that we have complete control of our lives and our businesses,” Atrion CEO Tim Hebert said in a statement. “The challenge is that many times we see the signs that we – or our businesses – need to change, but we choose not to act. We elect not to do something. In fact, we will experience the same frustrations, limitations and setbacks over and over again because we get stuck … distracted by the whirlwind.”

Keynote speakers Chris McChesney and Steve McClatchy will address more than 700 attendees, discussing the theme of change.
McChesney, a presenter of FranklinCovey’s 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX), one of Amazon’s top 10 best-selling business audios, will discuss how to execute “a plan in the midst of the whirlwind of distraction,” according to a news release about the event from Atrion.
“I know Atrion has been very successful implementing the principles behind 4DX to create more strategic focus and drive business results,” McChesney said. “Tim wants to share with the audience a process that has worked for them. My goal is to help attendees understand why executing a strategy – that requires a change in behavior – is as difficult as it is and the universal principles for how to actually do it.”
McClatchy, author of the New York Times best-seller “Decide: Work Smarter, Reduce Your Stress & Lead by Example,” will also discuss ways to reach the highest level of personal and professional performance.

Said McClatchy, “Great decision-making habits can yield a lifetime of success and achievements while poor ones can keep you stressed, frustrated and out of balance. My discussion will help attendees focus on results and true drivers of performance, allow them to regain critical planning and personal time as well as dramatically increase work/life engagement.”
