The Rhode Island Small Business Development Center will offer a seminar on doing business in China at 9 a.m. at the Rhode Island Economic Development Center, 555 Valley St., Providence.

Nestor Gounaris will lead a discussion on contracting with Chinese counterparts, contract mechanics, due diligence, drafting issues and Chinese negotiating norms.
