BUSINESS-LAW PRIMER

The Rhode Island Small Business Development Center will offer a seminar on business law for small business owners from 8 to 10 a.m. in room 317 of the Taco Building, 10 Abbot Park Place, Providence.

An experienced small business attorney will present on topics including partner agreements, leases, real estate purchases, closing a business and how to prevent fraud. Participants will learn how to protect their businesses from potential legal problems or concerns.
