Bank of America looks to hire 350

NEW YORK – Bank of America is planning to hire up to 350 employees in Rhode Island during 2014, bank spokesman T.J. Crawford told Providence Business News on April 28.
The jobs will be at the bank’s call centers, primarily in East Providence, as well as in Lincoln. Hiring will be for a variety of positions with varying skills based on the job, he said.
“There’s opportunity for growth locally and capacity at these sites,” Crawford said.
Charlotte, N.C.-based Bank of America has about 2,500 employees in Rhode Island.
