Beat the traffic blues with classical tunes

Skip the typical Friday evening commute and join the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra for a short and informal “rush-hour” performance. The concert, part of this season’s Amica Rush Hour Series, will feature conductor Larry Rachleff and violinist Augustin Hadelich who will perform Dvorak’s Violin Concerto and Brahms’ Symphony No. 3. Ben Roe of WGBH Classical New England will host the quick and informative performance. The rush hour series is geared for those wishing to experience a classical concert, but lacking the time.
