May 1, 2012 – Shamir and Bhavna Patel, the husband and wife team who own the Best Western Plus Providence-Seekonk Inn, located at 45 Mink St. in Seekonk, MA, were hosts of an open house celebrating their 6th anniversary. Business clients and area restaurants were invited to join the Best Western staff for a fun-filled evening with food, beverages, door prizes and a tour of the 50 room hotel.

The Patels built the 50-room hotel in 2006, and in 2010 it was designated as a Best Western Plus property. Best Western Plus brand hotels offer guests many additional amenities such as coffeemakers, microwaves and mini-refrigerators in each room, a deluxe hot & cold breakfast buffet each morning, and free wireless internet access. Additionally, guests can enjoy an indoor pool and Jacuzzi and get their daily work-out in the Fitness Room.
Last month the hotel received the “Ultra Clean Property” designation from Best Western International, having met strict requirements of cleanliness and sanitary practices.
The Best Western Plus Providence-Seekonk Inn is popular for both leisure and business travelers because of the staff’s dedication to customer service. Patel said, “I have been in the hotel business all of my life and while many things have changed through the years such as technology and brand marketing, the one constant in this business is providing superior customer service – and that keeps guests coming back again and again.”
Located right off of Route 6 and 195, the Best Western Plus Providence-Seekonk Inn is just 10 minutes from downtown Providence and a short drive to many area attractions. Reservations can be made by calling direct at 508-336-4927, or on Best Western’s website: www.bestwestern.com.
