PROVIDENCE – Startup incubator Betaspring added three mentors to its network ahead of its spring session.

Betaspring helps startups develop and refine their products through its mentor-driven 12-week program.

  • Jill Cartwright, founder and CEO of “ergonomically safe and stylish products for parents” company Go GaGa, has more than 15 years of experience in financial service, retail and manufacturing, Betaspring said, while noting that Go GaGa, launched in May 2007, has bags sold in more than 250 stores worldwide.

  • Lois Kelly founded a marketing strategy and executive leadership firm, Foghound. Her client list has included FedEx, SAP, Fidelity, Monster.com, Harvard Business School Publishing, among others. She has also authored two books: “Beyond Buzz: The Next Generation of Word of Mouth Marketing in 2007” and “Be the Noodle: 50 Ways to be a Compassionate, Courageous, Crazy-Good Caregiver.”

  • Julie Sygiel, CEO and founder of SexyPeriod – the startup which launched sales of its leak-resistant underwear in January - will also join the team.
