Betaspring seeking applicants for Fall session

PROVIDENCE – Startup accelerator Betaspring is currently accepting applications for its Fall 2012 session.

Betaspring provides a 12 week, mentorship-driven program along with work space, seed capital, legal counsel and access to investors and industry experts.

For the Fall 2012 session, the acceleration will accept teams in the fields of web/mobile, physical technology and gaming.

Early applications are due by May 21 and the final application deadline is June 5. Companies that apply early are eligible to attend a private event for prospective applicants at the accelerator’s Chestnut Street headquarters.

Since its inception in 2009, Betaspring has helped launch 44 companies. The alumni have raised more than $20 million in follow-on funding, according to a release.
