Bethany Costello has been promoted to vice president of public affairs at the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce. Previously, she had served as director of public relations. Costello will now be responsible for developing and directing the Chamber’s public affairs and communications strategies. Prior to joining the Chamber, she was a reporter for Providence Business News. Costello holds a B.A. in journalism from the University of Rhode Island. •
