Betsy L. Salisbury has been appointed vice president, residential-lending-operations manager at BankNewport, where she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bank’s residential lending, including daily operations, special projects, product offerings, processes and policies. Previously, she served as vice president, retail-lending operations manager at Bank Rhode Island. •
