Betty-Ann Mullins has been promoted to senior vice president/commercial lending at BayCoast Bank. Prior to her promotion, she served as vice president/commercial lending. Mullins gained experience in various positions at Bank of New England before joining BayCoast Bank 20 years ago. She is an active member of the community, serving on the boards of several local nonprofit organizations. •
