Bill Dessel has been appointed to the Rhode Island Hospitality Association’s board of directors. Dessel is currently the sole proprietor of Billy’s Restaurant, located in Barrington, as well as the gourmet food truck Little Billy’s. Prior to entering the hospitality industry, he held various roles in manufacturing and distribution, including president of Cowan Plastics and American Assembly. •
