Boeing Helicopters C.U. upgrades to Andera platform

PROVIDENCE – Ridley Park, Penn.-based Boeing Helicopters Credit Union has upgraded to Andera’s oFlows system, a paperless platform for online account opening.
Beoing serves more than 8,100 members throughout the United States and has roughly $125 million in assets, according to an Andera release. Following a change to its Articles of Incorporation, the credit union recently began offering products and services to the 1,800 employees of Harrah’s Casino and Race Track in Philadelphia.
“We chose Andera because of its adaptability and underlying authentication capabilities,” CEO Phil Travaglini said in a statement. “It is just what we were looking for so that we are able to provide online account openings. The capabilities of oFlows transform a website into a branch location.”
Travaglini added that mobile banking would soon be available for all Boeing Helicopters Credit Union members.
Consumers want to begin their banking and credit union relationships with the same ease and convenience that they experience when buying goods and services in stores and on line,” Andera CEO Charlie Kroll said in prepared remarks. “Technology makes that possible. It bridges the gap between these consumers’ expectations and financial institutions’ ability to meet those expectations.”
