BOSTON – Customer satisfaction at the Bank of America is at a 10-year low, The Boston Globe reported.
On the American Customer Satisfaction Index, which was released Tuesday, the bank earned a score of 66. The average score in the United States was 79.
Bank of America’s customer ratings were poor compared to rival banks. Citigroup earned a 70, Wells Fargo earned a 71 and JP Morgan Chase earned a 79 in the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based group’s customer satisfaction report.
The bank has “been pretty lackluster for the past four years” David Van Amburg, managing director of ACSI, told the news source. “They really haven’t been able to recover.”
