Head of corporate services operations and chief operating officer – Citizens Bank
Age: 39

Why did you select your profession?
I found the right culture fit at Citizens Bank, which is why I selected this company, and thus the financial-services profession.

Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years?
I intend to continue to surround myself with great people, look for complex challenges and problems to solve and broaden my experience, ideally with Citizens Bank.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever been given?
It is a privilege to lead. Not viewing leadership of people/teams as a right or entitlement but rather a privilege has kept my focus on the people I’ve had the opportunity to lead.

Take your time making life decisions such as job selection and location.

What one thing in your professional life would you like a do-over on?
If I had the chance to get an advanced degree again, I would find a way to go full time. •
