Braver PC merges with Kieliszak, Eggert & Company

NEEDHAM, Mass. - Accounting firm Braver PC merged with Kieliszak, Eggert & Company, a Providence-based financial consultant, on Tuesday.

The eight K&E employees will move to Braver’s Providence office at 155 South Main St. The terms of the agreement have not been released.

K&E partners James R. Eggert and Daniel E. Kieliszak will become principals in Braver PC.

“We look forward to expanding our service offerings to our clients from the additional depth and many resources offered by Braver,” said Kieliszak.

James J. Prescott, Providence-based partner of Braver PC, said the merger will better allow the company to provide tax, audit and business consulting services to family-owned and privately held businesses, nonprofit and governmental organizations, and individuals.
