Brendan Donovan has been promoted to director at CBIZ Tofias. Donovan, a CPA, is a member of the Providence office’s accounting and auditing group, and has more than nine years of experience working with private-equity and venture-capital firms, investment companies, colleges and universities and privately held companies. He holds an M.S. in accounting from Suffolk University. •
