Brian A. Emery has been named senior environmental scientist at Resource Control Associates Inc. Emery has more than 29 years of experience managing the clean-up of contaminated properties, specializing in in-situ remediation issues, including chemical oxidation and petroleum-product recovery. He holds a B.A. in geology from Kean College. Emery is certified as a professional geologist and licensed site professional. •
