Brian Harvey has been named a Title I home-improvement lending sales representative at Home Loan Investment Bank FSB. Prior to joining Home Loan Investment Bank, Harvey handled Title I sales at Admirals Bank. He has 10 years’ experience with the FHA Title I program and 15 years’ total in lending and finance.
