BRISTOL – Not long after The New York Times featured a rehabilitated Federal-style home in its Wednesday real estate section, three homes in Bristol are getting national exposure in the Wall St. Journal.
In a feature on homes on the market in the Colonial port town – and site of the nation’s oldest Fourth of July parade – the Journal highlighted two homes being marketed by Lila Delman Real Estate International and one by Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty.
The star of the piece is the 13,516-square-foot, waterfront estate built in 1939 on Poppasquash Road being marketed by Delman. The 10-bedroom, nine full- and two half-path home is listed for $9 million, according to the Journal.
