Health insurance. We offer a high-deductible plan with an HRA attached so the plan behaves like a $500 deductible plan without it being expensive.

How do you recognize individual achievement?

We have two formal programs. One is WOW, Works of Wonder, that rewards employees for creating exceptional experiences for clients, fellow employees and external partners. The other is the STAR program, which allows employees to recognize colleagues for being helpful in ways that don’t warrant a WOW nomination.
