Brookline to hold annual meeting

BROOKLINE, Mass. – Brookline Bancorp Inc. the bank holding company for Bank Rhode Island, Brookline Bank and The First National Bank of Ipswich has announced that its 2012 annual meeting will be held on May 9 at 11 a.m.

Stockholders of the company’s common stock at the close of business on March 16, are entitled to vote at the meeting, which is scheduled to be held at The Charles Hotel, One Bennett Street, Cambridge, Mass.
