Brown University in November 2014 broke ground on a new building for the Division of Applied Mathematics. The $10 million project is a three-story, 13,000-square-foot building that will provide office space for faculty, some classrooms and conference and meeting space. The architect is New York-based Architecture Research Office. The construction manager is Shawmut Design and Construction. The landscape architect is Gustafson Guthrie Nichol. It is scheduled to be completed this fall.
