PROVIDENCE – Brown University is one of the 50 most beautiful colleges to visit in the fall, according to Best College Values.
Best College Values, a college planning resource, ranked the top 50 colleges in the nation with the most natural beauty in the fall and Ivy League Brown made the list at No. 32.
On its website, Best College Values says that Brown is “beautiful and quaint” and a “great place to spend your fall afternoons.”
“The campus has all the foliage of fall that we all love and you will find yourself hoping to return each season,” the website states. “This urban campus is also full of life and excitement. Take a walk through town or sip your coffee as you watch the students rushing to class. Either way you are sure to enjoy the sights and the season.”
Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C., ranked No. 1. Coming in second was Cornell University in New York and third, Middlebury College in Vermont.
The ranking can be viewed HERE.
Kevin Shull, the article’s author, said this about the list: “It is important to consider many factors, including the natural features of the campus, when searching for the right school. While the quality of education is the most obvious factor, finding an environment that is conducive to a high degree of happiness can greatly impact a student’s quality of work and overall college experience. Colleges spend millions on student centers with amenities designed to make students comfortable, but beautiful scenery isn’t something you can buy.”
