PROVIDENCE – Butler Hospital recently launched a partial hospital program for young people aged 18 to 26.

The program was designed to help individuals struggling with changes – for instance, adjusting to independent life, transitioning between school and work – and relationship issues.

The clinical team for the program is expert in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma and impulsive behaviors arising from stress.

Congressman Jim Langevin tweeted his congratulations to the hospital on the creation of the program: “Congrats @ButlerHospital on tonight’s ribbon cutting for the Young Adult Partial Hospital Program. Thanks for all your work caring for kids.”
