BOSTON – CB Richard Ellis-New England received top honors recently, winning seven Building Owners and Managers Association awards at the BOMA and The Outstanding Builders of the Year and Industry Awards.
“This award ceremony honors the best buildings and real estate professionals in the
Greater Boston area,” said Mark Tassinari, executive vice president/partner and head of CBRE/New England Property Management. “CBRE-New England, once again, clearly stood out as the dominant third-party property management group in the Greater Boston market which is a true testament to the team of dedicated professionals we have working with us at CBRE-New England.”
Those receiving awards were:
CBRE/New England also was honored with three TOBY awards for individual properties under the
firm’s management; honors included the top 100,000–249,000 square foot office building at 1 Chestnut Place, Worcester; the top historical building at 501 Boylston St. in Boston; and the top industrial office park, Forge Park in Franklin.
Other properties were recognized for obtaining the BOMA Boston 360 Performance Building designation: 501 Boylston St.; 855 Boylston St.; 50 Milk St.; Concord Road Corporate Center in Billerica; and 1 Chestnut Place in Worcester.
Erin Bump, assistant property manager at Crosby Corporate Center, was recognized for obtaining her Real Property Administrator designation.
The BOMA and TOBY Awards were presented at the annual BOMA Boston TOBY and Industry
Awards held on Nov. 17.
