CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors merges with CB Richard Ellis N.E. Partners

BOSTON – CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors LLC announced Tuesday it has merged operations with CB Richard Ellis N.E. Partners LP.
The move follows six years of growth, according to a news release announcing the merger.
Jeremy Grossman, senior vice president and principal at CBRE/Grossman, will continue to lead the urban and agency side of retail pursuits, while Kevin Higgins, also a senior vice president and principal, will lead national and tenant representation. Operations will remain unchanged, according to the release.
“We look forward to years of continued success and focusing on our numerous retail and agency clients throughout New England and beyond,” said Grossman, in a prepared statement. “Working closely with all of the talent at CBRE/New England has catapulted us to this level so this move can only strengthen and enhance our client relations in the future.”
CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors formed in 2009. CBRE/New England, a joint venture with CRBE Group Inc., has offices in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine and New Hampshire, and is part of a national network of 400 commercial real estate offices.
