C&S Insurance acquires Kevin J. Slattery Insurance

MANSFIELD – The Cavallo & Signoriello Insurance Agency acquired Kevin R. Slattery Insurance Agency of Attleboro for an undisclosed sum.

C&S Insurance announced the deal on March 7, shortly following its merger with Colonial Insurance of Mansfield.

There were 5 people at Slattery: 2 will stay on following the acquisition, 2 left, and one retired, a spokesman said.

“Kevin and his team have enjoyed a strong reputation in our industry and we look forward to joining forces and increasing our share in the market,” said Keith Signoriello, principal at C&S Insurance.

C&S owns Corbett Insurance in Attleboro, and plans to include both Slattery and Corbett under the same roof, a news release said.

The addition of Slattery Insurance will increase the C&S client base to 15,000, a news release said.

C&S has offices in Mansfield, Taunton and Attleboro, and provides insurance as well as financial products. It has served the Mansfield area since 1959, and is a second-generation, family-owned agency.
