Cap Frank has been named a program director of the Pathways to Advance Career Education grant at Community College of Rhode Island’s Center for Workforce and Community. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s in adult education and counseling from the University of Rhode Island, and a Ph.D. in program evaluation and public administration from Cornell University. •
