Cecelia F. Pelkey

Cecelia F. Pelkey has been named director of government relations at the Hospital Association of Rhode Island. Pelkey previously worked as legal counsel for the N.Y. State Senate Standing Committee on Health. She holds a law degree from Western New England University and an MPA the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy at the University at Albany, State University of New York. •
