Charles A. Byrne has been named account executive at Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. He was previously employed at Byrne Bonding & Insurance LLC. Byrne will now be in Starkweather’s new surety bonding division, working with his existing clients while marketing to new construction-industry clients. He is a board member of the Rhode Island Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. •
