Charming Charlie to open store in The Crossing at Smithfield

SMITHFIELD – Charming Charlie, a rapidly expanding retailer that sells women’s contemporary jewelry and accessories, has opened its first Rhode Island location.
The Houston-based company opened a store at The Crossing at Smithfield on Nov. 9. The new store is 5,100 square feet, at 371 Putnam Pike.
The company, founded in 2004, has opened up to 55 stores a year. The retailer operates eight stores in Massachusetts, including in Plymouth and Foxboro.
