Chartwise Medical Systems wins award for its software

SOUTH KINGSTOWN – ChartWise Medical Systems Inc., which specializes in computer-assisted documentation improvement software, has won the 2015/2016 category leader award for CDI software from KLAS, which conducts health care research.
Software category leaders were selected based on the quality of the organization’s product and its performance relative to competitors.
ChartWise’s ChartWise 2.0 software was cited for “intuitive design, superior querying capabilities and outstanding customer support by users at hospitals and medical centers across the United States,” according to the company.
“What makes a KLAS award so special is the organization’s commitment to basing their research on direct feedback from the hospitals and health care providers,” Dr. Jon Elion, founder and CEO of ChartWise Medical Systems, said in a statement. “Receiving this award as a result of excellent reviews from our end-users makes this incredibly meaningful to the entire ChartWise team. We don’t intend to stop here; we look forward to continuing to find new ways to revolutionize the field of CACDI software.”
ChartWise received a rating of 94.6 out of 100 in the overall satisfaction-software category, and 93 percent of ChartWise customers reported being highly satisfied with the ChartWise 2.0 tool.
“As health care continues to evolve, it is imperative that we seek innovation and constantly address the needs of a shifting market,” Adam Gale, CEO and president of KLAS, said.
