Chez Pascal will host its annual once-a-year brunch Sunday and Sunday only. This year’s a la carte menu features selections such as root vegetable waffles with carrot purée and maple pecan butter, baked spaetzle frittata with chorizo kale and gruyere, and sunny-side eggs with polenta, pastrami chipped beef and chili pepper relish. Those who don’t have time for a sit-down affair can also grab an egg sandwich from the restaurant’s Wurst Kitchen, which will also serve house-made bacon, ham, sausage patties and home fries.
