How do you encourage employee engagement?

We work hard to keep employees on the same page. We have multiple committees and task forces comprised of staff members.

How do you invite employee feedback?

We conduct surveys throughout the year, including staff satisfaction, Best Places To Work and multiple post-event surveys. We hold annual listening tours during which our president and CEO goes to every site and sits with employees.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in creating a positive workplace?

Continuous budget cuts to our services can put a strain on our employees. •
