Coldwell office raises funds for Crossroads

PROVIDENCE – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Rhode Island and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the company’s charitable arm, together raised $16,400 to benefit Crossroads Rhode Island during the 12th Spirit of Home Awards Celebration recently held at the Providence Arts Club.
Crossroads Rhode Island is a nonprofit that provides services to the state’s homeless population.
“Every year, we work hard to put together this important fundraiser. We hope this donation will help Crossroads Rhode Island provide comfort to the growing number of homeless individuals and families who are struggling to pay for food, housing and other basic necessities,” said Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, in a statement.
At the fundraiser Cicely Dove, director of family housing at Crossraods Rhode Island, received the Community Cares Spirit Award which recognizes “unsung heroes” and “their incredible spirit and ongoing commitment to those in need.”
