Get out in the world and explore. The people, places and learning opportunities along the way provide a broader perspective from which to base future decisions.

What is your favorite escape or hobby?

I love to travel and explore new places, people and cultures. My favorite activities are golf, snow skiing and almost anything related to the ocean.

What one thing in your professional life would you like a do-over on?

In my 20s, I was offered an opportunity to work internationally, but declined. … The learning experience would have been fabulous. •
