Belle Mer recently hosted the 10th annual March of Dimes Signature Chef Event, which raised $95,000 for the March of Dimes mission to improve the health of babies. More than 260 guests attended the culinary event and auction, which featured the talents of 24 local chefs. In addition, the March of Dimes 2011 Signature Chef Award was presented to chef Saj Viswanath of DeWolf Tavern. More
