What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
Focus on your strengths. Stop and listen. Know your stakeholders and engage your audience regardless of your comfort zone. Identify and jump on a scalable platform and learn all you can about it. Someday you’ll be able to replicate it and make it better.
What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?
Focus on your strengths and manage your weakness. Shut up and listen. Trust yourself and others. Don’t take yourself too seriously.

Quahog-ing off Prudence and Patience islands.
If you could choose another profession, what would it be?
Industrial design engineer. I love the fact that they can conceptualize, design and create product. Or a farmer. •
