DLT hosting job fair in Providence for Greencore

PROVIDENCE – The Business Workforce Center of the state Department of Labor and Training will host a job fair at the netWORKri One Stop Career Center at One Reservoir Ave. on Wednesday and Thursday to fill positions at Greencore USA.
The job fair will help Greencore hire more than 200 workers for first and second shift positions.
The job fair will be held on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.n. and on Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The two-day recruitment fair is free and open to all job seekers and the general public. Attendees should bring their résumé and dress appropriately for an on-site interview.
Greencore Group is a manufacturer of “food to go” packaged food options in the U.S. and the U.K.
Its U.S. subsidiary, Greencore USA Inc. opened a new production facility in March at Quonset Business Park in North Kingstown, which will employ nearly 400 workers when fully staffed, from entry-level production to highly-skilled technical positions. All positions are full-time and offer a full benefits package.
